MIR-RT features
RT Mode
Simple and complete interface used by the mechanics to choose from a list of assigned tasks, identify the parts to be used, quickly document the work done, complete the inspection sheets and be notified of the guarantees. MIR-RT will then generate the work order automatically.
Inventory
Includes specific features to parts management. The automatic update when receiving parts, the use of bar codes and cross-references, the monitoring of guarantees and the automation of the management of "cores".
Work Orders
Automatically saves the time worked by your mechanics, the parts needed for any work done and the shop supplies used. With MIR-RT, the work order is automatically fed from the RT mode which accumulates the hours worked.
Warranties and claims
Manages warranties on three levels : the management of the general warranties of your units, the warranty of the parts of your inventory and the warranty by code of repair. During a mechanical repair, the mechanic will be informed of the guarantees.
Purchase
Automates orders to an established inventory threshold, makes it easier to track undelivered quantities, and lets you order tires with their label numbers. It also offers managers validation mechanisms in order to avoid errors during purchases.
Suppliers
Each branch manages its own suppliers. The module contains the details of the persons in charge of each department and these allow MIR-RT to send the orders in pdf format automatically. All transactions are then kept in history.

From your systems, we retrieve your odometer readings, motor errors, GPS locations, safety rounds and more, automatically and at a fixed frequency.

Your data is validated and transferred to MIR-RT to document the status of your units and to inform the persons in charge of your mechanical workshop if necessary.
Accounting
Avoid duplicating work by automating the transfer of accounting entries. MIR-RT communicates with your accounting software to send transfer the accounts payable, accounts receivable and distribution of expenses.

Fuel
Just like your telemetry data, we can retrieve your fuel information, either from the software that manages the pumps on your site, or from the files provided to you by the various oil companies with which you do business.
Vehicle fuel consumption and overall fuel costs or distance traveled can be analyzed directly in MIR-RT and viewed as reports or directly in the dashboard.
